April 2018: School visit to Redlands, CA (awesome k-5th grade students and teachers! Loved how much these kids know!)
March 2018: school visits to schools in Sisters, Oregon (Amazing k-8th grade kids, and teachers. Wow, what an inspiring week.)
February 2018: presented poster at 2018 Ocean Sciences Meeting entitled “Adding a New Audience to Deep-Sea Research: Making a Splash with Elementary School Children”
